Mine just peeled right off, warm sunny day. I've had the Jeep almost two years as well so I was a little concerned, no issues though.

Hair dryer would probably be a good idea, an actual heat gun could be trouble if not careful.

Using a Heat Gun is an unnecessary risk of damaging the paint. Most everybody on this forum ( Myself included ) has just waited for a 80 degree plus day and simply peel them off. No need to over react and make more of project than it is.

lol, I had the dealer take it off before i took delivery . . . worked out great

once youve pulled the decal a large pencil eraser will remove any residue and glue.
