This is what I use for my motor home. Works well on the jeep too. It's not cheap but it saves a ton of elbow grease.

I run 16" wiper blades, those fancy ones that are one continuos. 16" fit just fine, they don't make it up to the paint and wipe a larger area for ya

I use the rain X with a twist I run heated windshield wiper fluid the bugs come right off. Wrapped brake line around the radiator hose and spliced it into the line. Works great.

Getting the bugs while they're still juicy is the best way to get it clean. The rake (or lack thereof) of the Jeep windshield makes for some big splatters. Bugs don't really deflect or just kind of glance off the windshield, they completely explode on impact.

I use regular washer fluid. The most important part is that it doesn't freeze in cold climates. Applying Rain-X helps. And so does cleaning the windshield regularly (washing it).

I heard there's also a washer nozzle mod you might want to look into. The nozzles on the Pre 2013 JK's suck. Single nozzle in the center of the hood and it barely gets fluid on the window. I believe there's a way to open it up so more fluid comes through, or maybe there's a way to add another nozzle. There's a writeup on it around here somewhere.

I hate those damn things. Took my power washer to the Jeep the other day and it's still covered in love bug goo.

I'm curious if the heated fluid actually makes any noticeable difference in the cleaning quality.

Adding a second nozzle is easy as drilling another hole in the hood and adding some extra hose from the washer motor.....use a T and some extra hose.

Rain-Ex and a 3" plastic putty knife/scraper tucked in the mesh pocket on the driver's door.
