Recommend windshield bug wash
it's my second time owning a jeep but the first as a daily driver. What to do about the crazy amount of bugs splattered on the windshield. Two questions come to mind. First, would something like rain-x on the windshield let the bugs wash off easier. Second, what is a good product to put in the washer fluid bottle that can do a good job at getting them washed off?

To be honest it's a jeep thing you just deal with it! That said I found rainX fluid and scrubblades wipers works amazingly. The key is hit the buggers right after they splat. If you wait they dry on like glue!

Just drove 500+ miles in the bugs. This stuff takes it all off, fresh or dried on!

Bugs are beauty marks. Some folks move the Sahara silver bumper covers up in front of the hood as a cheap mod/bug deflector alternative.
Washed the Rubi twice...still looked the same.I figure once every 2-3 years is enough.
Because it's a 'Jeep Thing' don't worry...the trucks in front of you chucking stones will take out the windshield long before you can't see through it because of the bug carcasses.

I used to use rain-x windshield washer fluid in my YJ, I never really payed attention to it but Now that I think about it, the bugs weren't that bad on it. I'm waiting to run out of the crap they put in it from the factory so I can make the switch. It's all I use on any of my vehicles.
