Default Recent Prices Paid, anybody below Employee Price?

Hi,
I'm shopping around for my first JK Rubicon 6 spd and have found a couple in my area. The dealers are all quoting the Employee Price as their selling price less the $1500.00 in rebates (this is in the north east NY,NJ). Has anyone purchased a new JK recently and gotten the dealer lower than the Employee Price? If it looks like that's as low as they'll go for an in stock jeep, I might as well just order one with exactly the specs I want instead of taking one off the lot that has a few compromises in it. Thanks.

I paid 28,500 a month ago for my 09, X Unlimited, 4 door, power convenience group, full tint, 17 inch tires, 6 speed manual, freedon hard top. That was with 0% Chrysler finance, $500 down, Yellow, ordered from th efactory, 3.8L engine, and $1500 rebate, EPP. Took 24 days from order to "ready to ship from factory"

i was MSRP of 29,800. Unlimited X 'S' Package, convenience group, 6spk stereo with sirius, 17" rims, steps, fogs, soft top, mats, deep tint windows. 22,400 before fees and taxes on deal, plus I got KBB trade on my trade-in (every other dealer I talked to did Galves wholesale which was 3 - 4 grand less).
