Well... I have a wench but not a winch... but last I checked, Quadratec had a deal on one of the Superwinch models. I have no idea how it performs... and if it's worth the $$$

My friend bought the xrc10 a while back we have use it several times even pulled both our two doors up a hill with no problem. Seems to be a decent winch for the money, if you are wanting to go to synthetic line then i would recommend the EPi9 for the external brake.

I have the xrc-8. Its only been used on one short pull, and it worked fine, but VERY slow. Eventually I would like to get a warn 9.5ti, but I rather have a cheap winch then none at all.
My brother has a Mile Marker and he is pretty happy with it so far. I think he paid around 5-600 for it
