I wanna put a 3.5 rubicon express lift on the question is can I still use my drive shafts or do I gotta get longer ones?

It's not that they need to be longer but aftermarket shafts are smaller in diameter. It's likely your front shaft will contact your transmission crossmember at full droop. That will tear the rubber boot and the drive shaft will ultimately fail.

2012+ is mandatory, anything else is recommended, you can use your stock one for a bit, but it will fail at the cv joint.
