Quadratec's customer service is horrendous

Quadratec does have very poor customer service in my experience. If something is backordered I got no notification; the stuff just never shows up; I had to call them and wait on hold for some rocket scientist to tell me the stuff isn't available. Qaudratec needs to send some of their people to work at Amazon for a while.
