We rebuilt two jeeps over the winter for our farm operation. I must've dropped $6-7k with them in two orders. It all came in with no problems and we had what seemed like knowledgeable responses to our questions. Go figure.

 

Sorry to hear you got such crapy service. When we bought my wifes 05 Rubicon, I went crazy ordering stuff from Quadratec, and never had a single problem. I just bought a 09 Sahara Unlimited, and just like riding a bicycle, I ordered a bunch of stuff, and again......no issues and I've done all of my ordering on line.

 

I have had nothing but great service from them. Other than UPS but i request they send via FedEx and they do.

 

I haven't had any problems with them. I order all my stuff over the internet. I ordered some incorrect lights a while back. I called for my RMA and sent the bulbs back without incident.

UPS does suck. I could almost understand not shipping with the post office. But Fedex Ground kills. Its cheaper than UPS, delivered faster and they aren't idiots like UPS. Fedex Ground also delivers on Saturday, for those of us with M-F jobs. What a novel concept....

 

ordered some parts thru a rep and all were wrong, can this company get any thing right . now my jeep is down and no parts to fix it . first and LAST time i use this shit hole of a company
