Interesting. I've ordered a lot of stuff from Quadratec and don't recall when an item was out of stock.

It is possible Quadratec does not have a wharehouse (just like JC Whitney), they rely upon 3rd parties to supply the stuff in their catalog and on their web site. So if there's been a demand for a particular product you might hit the supply chain when the supplier is currently out of stock.
