Ordered my lift from them. Came when it was suppose to, but it was missing some parts and came with some extra. Got rear upper control arms instead of front shocks and one half inch spacer was missing???? The box was also poorly packaged and I think the missing spacer just fell out of the box because it was pretty shredded when it came.

After calling them twice, and at my request, they sent out the missing parts 2 day air. UPS came and got the control arms from my house. Initially I was pretty torqued at getting the wrong stuff and the box all beat up, but it worked out.

I ordered a Lange hoist from them for my 08 2 dr. I received it on time and installed it but never used it. I only had it 1 week and my Jeep was destroyed so I bought a 08 4dr. I emailed Quadratec and told them of my problem and ask what the difference in the 2dr and 4dr model was since they had different part numbers. They wrote back and said " We don't know Contact Lange". They were really helpful

They sent the 3" BD lift kit and it was missing the adj. track bar bushings .

we dont have a problem with people complaining about vendors, we have a problem when the complaints are unfounded... search the board, theres plenty of bashing vendors

I ordered a Bestop Hoss hard top cart... it was missing 4 pieces. They sent me an entire new cart.. which was missing 3 of the same pieces. And then I had to deal with Bestop to get the remaining pieces.

Gotta hand it to them, they paid for shipping like 4 times by the time I received and shipped back twice.

Never really had a problem with Quadratec, except for they're shipping charges.
They do have alot of stuff on backorder now, but most likely that's usually the manufacturer's problem. JK stuff is in high demand.

Haven't had a problem. Up here it takes 2-3 weeks for stuff in from MOPAR, let alone aftermarket. Waits are just a fact of life.

I have a 3 inch black diamond lift on order from 4 wd for over 3 WEEKS.. MAYBE NON OF THEM CAN KEEP UP WITH THE JK DEMAND. BUT IT DOES SUCK..
