I know we aren't supposed to trash sponsoring vendors, but I'll never order shit from Quadratec. 75% of the items I have ordered from them they don't even have in stock and don't plan on receiving for months. Just because they are board sponsors they shouldn't be immune to negative comments when their business practices suck.

They are ha huge distributor and have alot of advertising and are well known throughout the entire jeep community. keeping things in stock is granted not there strong point but lots of people order from them because they are popular

I've ordered from Quadratec a lot in the last six months, with no real issues. It's easy enough to call them and check on stock. If they don't have it, order from somebody else.

I just ordered some of those handles for the bar so my wife could get in and out and grab one if I do something scary (the Oh Sh** Handle I think is the technical name for them), I called, they had them, I'll have them Monday. Simple.

Agree with you shortbus. I got catalogs from them, finally ordered a lange manual hoist, was told it would ship in a week over the phone and after a month I cancelled the order and ordered (and received) from another vendor within a week. They were ok on the phone but the fact they dont indicate when something is out of inventory (for a month) kind of stinks. Nothing against them but was disappointed when i tried to use them.

I have read a lot of complaints about Quadratec recently and i think they should wake up now and try change thier practices.
