I always check Amazon or anyplace else I can find before I order anything from Quadratec; thier customer service sucks. Amazon has free shipping for anything over $25 and almost always free shipping returns too if you don't like what you got.
If something you ordered from Amazon is delayed they'll let you know and give you the option of canceling your order.
If something you ordered from Quadratec is delayed you won't hear a thing; you'll have to call them and eventually some rude customer service rep. says "...oh yeah, that's backordered..."
Sorry Quadratec; you guys could learn a lot from Amazon.

Cool! I'm looking forward to the new website, any idea when it will go live? I know building/revising a website is a load of work, my wife is going through it on her company website, not a task for the weak of heart!

I offer free shipping on any orders over $0.00 for forum members shipping to US addresses. We also send out an email stating that items are on backorder immediately after the order is placed. If you haven't received that email, I'd suggest checking your spam folder and settings. We have a very top notch and highly rated customer service department. If you've encountered problems in the past, I apologize. If you encounter any in the future, always feel free to ask for a manager or another representative. We generally do not pay for return shipments on order if the customer doesn't like it. This is simply because it was the customer who doesn't like the item. Our satisfaction guarantee states this, and we pay return shipping on wrong, damaged, or incomplete items.

Honestly, I have no idea when it will be ready to go live. I just know that it won't be any time soon!
