No problems from Northridge when I've ordered. David lets me know if he has it and when it will ship. Usually ships same day. I havnt ordered any lift kits just different things here and there.

Looks like I will see if David from Northridge can help me and finish the order that 4wd apparently cannot? I'm tired of waiting on them.

I agree, give Northridge a call. They were very helpful with my order and very responsive to calls, emails, and PM's on the forum. Best to call though to get immediate info.

since im a new JK owner...i have really never dealt with some of the vendors/dealers on this site. after selling my 03' Rubicon and getting the 12'JK i needed to mod it...so my first real $$$ mod was wheels. ordered thru 4WD and it was flawless...never had issues with the Q. i have actually found that their customer service went above and beyond for a issue i had with a soft top last year.

sorry to hear about your issue...hope it gets resolved.

I don't even order anything from 4WD anymore, don't even look at their website to be truthful.

Wow....that's unacceptable. It looks like you're in a similar climate zone as I am. Which means, when I order parts that I need to install it depends on 2 factors. 1.) Do I have the funds to pay for them. 2.) Does the weather permit that I can install it without having to work in the rain or freeze my ass off in the cold weather. Not all of us have large heated garages to work.

So over 2 months of waiting could easily push me into those cold weather days of installing depending on when I had the money to order those parts, which would make me an even unhappier customer. If your website says the stuff is in stock.....it better well be in stock and be at more door within 2 weeks at the longest. My time and money is worth too much for me to settle for anything less.
