I got a quote today for a 2009 2drs JK Rubi. with the following options:

I think they are going away for all Wranglers other than the bare bones X. All the other models show that they come standard with power windows and locks.

I just picked up on Tuesday the following from one of our local Jeep dealers in Windsor Ontario Canada:
