1) The hose is standard pnuematic hose. Make sure it is rated higher than 150 psi. It doesnt have to be coil, it can be straight hose as well.

2) The regulator reduces the PSI from approx 1800 psi to 150 psi. The pressure coming out of the hose is 150 PSI

3) Air horn, yes. Also impact wrench tools. Inflate air matress, tires, etc. Just about anything. Although, I think for an airhorn, you´d be better off with a 12 volt compressor and reserve tank due to refill cost reasons.
