2) The regulator reduces the PSI from approx 1800 psi to 150 psi. The pressure coming out of the hose is 150 PSI
3) Air horn, yes. Also impact wrench tools. Inflate air matress, tires, etc. Just about anything. Although, I think for an airhorn, youŽd be better off with a 12 volt compressor and reserve tank due to refill cost reasons.
