Are POSER shots bad?
#13
I like pics of all kinds, but at this moment I find myself looking for poser shots more than action shots. That's because I am still thinking about getting a 4dr JK as my DD and I really like seeing how they look with the different wheels, tires, lifts, etc when just sitting there or riding down the road. So poser shots come in handy for folks like me.

I don't mind "Poser Shots". A lot of times it's difficult to get shots of yourself wheeling and taking pics at the same time. My recent trip out to the Miller Jeep Trail had what would have been plenty of awesome wheeling shots but the trail is steep, narrow, had large loose rocks, and was dusty as heck. Most of my shots from that trip, was taken from inside my JK.

Sounds like a great explanation Goody and the pics just topped it off, but now you shamed me into changing my avatar because it's just a poser shot
As long as you say it's a poser shot, you are off the hook as far as it possibly being considered an action shot. As long as you say a poser shot is a poser shot, you're free'd from heckling
If it's on the road, it's just a picture.
If it's not on the road, but not really don't anything, it's a poser shot.
If it's off-road and on an obstacle, plowing a mud hole, it's an action shot.
"new tires" shot
Poser shot
Action shot
Hell i dont know if any of that is true or not anyway
