Default Poison spyder products do not deliver!

I have been waiting over 4 months for my rocker guards that were to be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Week after week I get told the same BS, set for delivery next week..yeah right. i have called the general manager Paul at least a dozen times only to get a voice mail promising to return your call...yeah right. 4 other people I know are having the same problem getting their products and getting a call from Paul with some straight answers. However after months of bitching guess what shows up? A box from Poison Spyder, problem is only half the parts are in the box. I e mailed PS and guess what happened...no response, I called Paul the GM and guess what happened...no response, talked to the sales rep and guess what....you got it! Its set for delivery next week! BUYER BEWARE! POISON SPYDER PRODUCTS LOOK NICE ON THE WEB SITE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY NEVER GET DELIVERED!

that really sucks, hope you finally get all the parts SOON!

dont worry though I am sure some here will stick up for the company and say how great their products are and how its worth the wait

Did they charge you at the time you ordered or when they were half shipped?

I used to wheel with a guy who was the next door neighbor to the owner of PSC. He told me on numerous occasions that the owner is right where he wants to be and is not really concerned about producing his stuff. And for the couple of times I have talked with them I get the same feeling.

I waited for about a month before cancelling my orfer of the front fenders. The waiting isnt so bad, itd the lack of communication that drove me nuts. Good Luck!

you know I have to agree with this statement, it is the same for any manufacturer or supply house, if you say 2 weeks, it should be 2 weeks, if some problem arises, then someone should be sending out e-mails explaining the issue and giving a new ETA. we all know the JK is different from the Jeeps that came before, and there will be fitting issues and what not. But for Pete's sake people, comunicate with us!
I have had a few suppliers that are awesome about keeping me informed, those are the ones I do buisness with

I agree with you. Don't string me along. If something is going to be 2 or 3 months out tell me. If I can wait I'll do it. But if it's needed for a trip I might go with somebody who has something similar in stock or a shorter delivery time.

One of the reasons I didn't buy a FT lift was that I called with some questions and spoke to their national sales mger and he assured me that the lift was one the shelf and ready to ship. So I called a supplier (better deal with free shipping) and ordered the lift and was then told it would ship in 2-3 weeks - maybe. I cancelled. I had been talking to RE too. They told me the lift was in stock ready to ship. I placed the order on Thursday, it shipped Friday and I had it Monday.

I've had great luck dealing with RockHard. Most of the time Louie, the owner, answers the phone. I had some questions about an install one Friday afternoon and he gave me contact info so I could get a hold of him during the weekend if I had more questions.

Some of these companies must not think these forums exist or that we talk to each other. Brother those days are past; screw one of us and the whole world knows.

Crap, I've been waiting nearly 6 months from ordering Jan! I'm just glad to hear something JK is actually leaving CO for us. My CC was charged over 2 months ago and I can't even get a credit for the partial order I cancelled due to the loooooong wait

Default Long Wait

I don't know which is worse, I've been waiting close to 8 months for a set of Pure Jeep sliders and now 4 months for a set of Poison Spyder sliders. Northridge didn't charge me for the sliders but 4WD Hardware sure did.
