Poison Spyder Customs- cuts ties with 4 wheel parts
This is from the poison spyder customs website, this might help those who have ordered stuff from poison spyder and have had to wait months!
"Poison Spyder customs has severed ties with 4 Wheel parts. Spyder components are no longer available through distribution of their stores, mail order or wholesale divisions. This separation will allow Poison Spyder to more effectively react to the current material supply and economic climate, and ultimately serve and surplus the off road community more efficiently. This will translate prominently in larger inventory levels and shorter wait times for back orders. Additionally this shift will allow our heritage of innovation to continue and accelerate through renewed focus. "

This post was from 2008. Things have changed hands now which is why you see the PS product at 4wp.

My guess is 4wp was salty that PS stopped using them back in 07 or 08 whatever so they eventually just bought them out. 4wp is a much larger company and they probably made PS an offer they couldn’t refuse lol. I don’t use 4wp or PS, I was just trying to prove to someone on fcb that said it wasn’t owned by 4wp that it actually was and came across this post.
