I guess I meant to say Its more for looks...

Warn powerplant 12000 lbs

The air compressor works faster than the one I use to haul

The winch works great, it is worth the xtra money , with the air compressor

There are many high quality bumper and winch combos out there. The choice is really a personal one and one of cost.

I went with the Shrockworks mid, extra set of light tabs and the Warn XD9000i. I have no problem recovering my friends bloated H2 with my set up. Would get the same set again with no hesitation.

Good luck.

In that case, you couldda got a cardboard box and painted it up to look like a winch. Been a lot cheaper.....and possibly just as reliable.

Arrow This girls perspective

I have a Warn 9.5 ti sitting in the box waiting on my new LOD "stinger" bumper .

The winch was chosen for it's weatherproof and sturdy capabilities & I just like how the LOD bumpers look in comparison to the others....

I grew up1/3 mile away from Warn's main production facility in Clackamas Oregon and I have done business with Warn for years. All I can say is they do know what they are doing and are a honest hard working Americans that deserve our support. Please consider where the others are built when making your decision.

I think it looks cool on there. If I decide to get a better one, I will. I really havent heard too much bad about smitty, but Warn most definately has a place in 4-wheeling.

So, Warn has absolutly no china stuff?

Has anyone tried to hang there Jeep in a tree with one? Seen it on TV..
