First off, check these out.

Secondly, and my wife told me to write this, she said that having the top and doors off meant she did not have to listen to me and she could hear the music better. So I guess it goes both ways.

This thread makes me laugh---> some of you guys are coming up with some funny stuff

To the OP---> Sometimes, not talking is good
...You are much less apt to get into an argument.

Make sure that you can still hear the noises on the road that you need to, such as sirens coming up from behind you. (It can happen at 80+)

Not in California. Nothing is legal in California, except pot.... But not while driving...unless you have a note from your doctor...What was the subject???

Try Firecom headsets they are easy to interface with other electronics. Or give them a call and tell them what your trying to do i'm sure they could help. It's better than wearing a helmet. As far as helo's and fixed wing planes you see alot of David Clark headsets.

The trick, I found, was to put in earplugs. This way the wind noise is gone but if you crank the stereo you can hear it pretty clearly. You only loose the very high end of the sound.

If you talk loudly we can hear each other pretty clearly. But I want a solution that works better.

I think I will try these This way I can tie it in with the mygig so we can hear the music too (real important to both of us - God lover her). With a little creativity you could also add a wind canceling mic to the dash so you can switch to it if you want to hear what is going on around you.
