Pic request: Hankook Dynapro ATMs, BFG Rugged Terrain & Nitto Terra Grapplers
I'm looking to replace my current tires. I have it narrowed down to these:
Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10
BFG Rugged Terrain
Nitto Terra Grapplers
M/T tires are out. I'm interested in Duratracs or Kelly Safari TSRs, but the cost might put them out of my range. What I'm asking for are pics of the tires listed above. I want something that looks rugged (as rugged as an A/T can) so I want to see real world pics, not just a close up of an unmounted tire on one of the tire retailer's or manufacturer's website. I don't care what size or what type of wheel you post. I just care about the look of the tire itself.

What size are those? I had a set of those on a Ranger I used to have. They were great on my truck, which is why I'm heavily thinking of going with those if I can't stumble upon a cheap set of Duratracs. If I went with these, I'm thinking I'd stick with 255/75/17.

Terra's here. These are some great AT's. They are beast offroad and are the most aggressive looking tire out of the three IMO. Very well mannered on the road also.

Got it. I'd have to do 285/70/17 in those if I went that route. No 255/55/17 offered. Question: how does the road noise compare to the stock SRAs?

I too am very happy with the performance both on and off road with the Nitto Terra Grapps. My next set will be a more agressive off road aimed tire, but for a all terrain, I wouldn't buy anything but the Nitto's. In the third pic, you can even see the sidewall bite they ca handle. 295/70/17's

Very cool. One thing I do wish the Nittos had is white lettering, be it outlined or solid. I just like that look instead of an all black tire. I won't let that be my deciding factor though.
