My experience has been that it depends on the buyer. You get the right buyer he will pay more for mods. The one thing that is true around here is it DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE DEALER. If you are trading in a vehicle. They will GIVE YOU NOTHING for mods and sometimes even give you LESS for a modded vehicle. Even when they know they will sell it for more then an unmodded vehicle.

 

with my Rig I plan on doing mods that Can be replaced with stock ones, so I can get max value for my rig at the time to sell it, then sell the parts that I took off the rig on the forum or craigslist and recoup some of the money I spent.
