Default Parking lot Idiots!!!

I hate going to the malls this time of the year. Seems the most inconsiderate people shop at this time. I went to the mall the other day, and came out to notice a ding in my Pass side Qtr panel, and a scrape on my Drv side fender!!! How can you be so blatently inconsiderate?
Now, I will be showing them why a jeep is a jeep. I will be parking on the parking lot medians, up in the curb, or on the side walk just to stay away from these morons.
Just a rant...anyone esle?

This reminds me of the story I read of another forum member where someones son smashed the door into the rock rail on the Jeep and caused damage to the car. They actual called the police because THEY damaged their own car on the Jeep.

Another good reason to have a Jeep. Plastic fenders so no paint to scratch and rock rails to protect against car door dings. Bring it on sucka's!!

Years ago we bought a brand new Audi. Since it was new we parked it all by itself away from all the other cars at the mall. When we came out to return to our car we saw a lady parked right next to our car. (No one else was parked in the area). She opened her door and slammed our car then opened the back door to remove a child and stroller again bumping the side of our car. Grrrrr! I know how you are feeling. What is wrong with people?

Well, when I bought my Rubi..I looked at the nice clean lines of our doors and observed how unprotected they are with the OEM rock rails, (I really hate door dings) also as my girlfriend needed the extra help getting in/out of it, so I purchased the Sahara side steps.....well they have totally protected my jeep so far, no worry parking anywhere, but I have ruined one of them using them as rock rails...I am happy they have lasted over 2 years...

Will be replacing them with some good aftermarket rockrails soon.....Once you get a door ding they are almost impossible to get out......When I get out of any vehicle, I swear I am so careful, as I respect other peoples property, but also the vehicle you get out of. Most people don't give two shits about their vehicle's, and it usually shows..

Ronzep, sorry to hear about this....

Default Park next to the Vet

I always try to park next to the nicest and most expensive car I can find in the lot.

Yup, some people are just plain idiots and have no respect for other people's property or even care about theirs...It's always a given, so I either park far away, double park (please dont flame ), park on a curb and even purchased rock rails as a preventative measure...So far the rails & wide JK fenders have helped a bit....

....It's just frustrating that we take pride in our vehicles and spend our hard earned money and things like this happens...

....Hopefully Charma gets them 2 fold.....

I tried that one time and I got dinged by the dumbass. They seem to be worse!! I saw a lady with a beautiful Avalanche with the shopping cart right into the ftont door while she loaded the rear. Money people don't always care. I park far away, I figure I need the exercise. It never fails, there is always someone there when I get back?

I'm with ya. (and on parking far away, unless I can get a primo spot against a curb)
I used to think it was the people with "nothing to lose" that were the inconsiderate turds.
I was wrong.
There are turds floating at all depths of the gene pool.

Relatedly, the laziness for not putting carts in a corral or back to the store seems to be more prevalent for the more bouyant turds.

People suck. I don't mean everybody, since there are still a few decent people here and there, but most of them do.
