Default Parading in Jeep

Is it okay to have people stand in your rear seat like feet on the rear seat them holding onto the "sport bar" and then waving at people?

I'm thinking it should be okay since I will only go about 5-10 mph. I'll be involved in a little parade. Could someone report you for reckless driving? It won't be on public roads which makes me wonder.

They'll be standing like this

If it's a parade I don't see how you could get in trouble or it being unsafe at 10mph.

If its sanctioned an police are on duty for traffic control then it may be ok. If not it is against the law and on a personal note i had a friend back in high school (in 93) fall out of a Jeep doing less than 10mph doing what you stated an he died from massive head trauma. Whatever you decide to do be careful an make sure who ever will be "parading" doesnt have anything in his/her system to impair their judgement.
