how would i go about painting the stock rims of my sahara black? take them off the jeep and how would i kept paint from gettin on the tires? i wana leave the lugs and center "jeep" cap silver. any tips? thanks in advance!

Have you considered powder coating them instead? The finish will be more wear resistant than paint, but if you do damage the finish it is harder to repair seamlessly than paint. Most shops charge $40-50 per wheel or you can do it yourself if you have an oven.
