4wheelonline and 4wd are two different websites. That being said, I ordered all my stuff from 4wheelonline when i was building my Ram. I had a great experiance with customer service, i called them two or three different times and each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the parts they were selling. They ship as it comes available, so if its a large order it may come in multiple shipments. They have lots of specials on there also. If Northridge4x4 ever did NOT have something in stock, i would probably order from 4wheelonline again.

 

There are two different sites being confused here. One is 4wheelonline.com and the other is 4wheelparts.com/4wd.com. I think that the OP and one other poster is talking about the first. The rest are talking about the second.

My experiance is with 4Wheel parts.com,they have always been good.
I have never used 4Wheel online

 

My frustration is with 4wheel parts, I ordered a set of smittybilt rock rails on January 2nd, it's now Jan 19th, and I'm still waiting. It took them 3 days to tell me that they weren't even in stock. If I didn't email them for an update on my order, I'm confident that I wouldn't have heard anything else from them. I guess I'm gonna have to call before I make any orders from now on, because this happened to me the last time I ordered from them.

 

FYI: update to my last post... Still waiting for my Smittybilt rock rails. It's officially been over a month since I ordered. This is b.s.

 

i got my tires and wheels from them. got them in 4 days. all five came in at the same time and got them mounted up that day. life is good. i would recommend them

They have been no better or worse than many of the other suppliers that I use. No negatives from me regarding them or their customer service.

 

4wd.com is great!
