mattlaz - I've got a Rubbermaid knock off type tote that sits in the rear cargo area with all of the fluids/ratchet/straps/bungees/road flares. Tarp and the bag for the Freedom Top panels sit on top of this bin.
The first aid gear and the tools go under the rear seats in two smaller type bins with latching lids (bought these at the same store I got the bin at I mention above).
Flashlight and fire extinguisher are mounted to the rear roll bars with these:
Poison Spyder JK Fire Extinguisher Holder (57-62-110)
Poison Spyder JK Flashlight Holder (57-62-010)
I also have a couple of smaller Mini-Maglites that are in the glovebox and center console area.

Dang! Some a y'all must have found some extra storage space.
Nobody has mentioned condoms.... (magnums) Many uses, especially if your stuck! Plus they fit right in the center console along side the spare ammunition.

Flashlight
Work Gloves of some form

So to stay on topic......I find if I just bring ONE of these along with me in my Jeep, EVERYTHING else I could ever need comes pretty easily.
