You cannot argue with an idiot, much less an idiot that could possibly be scamming you. She may do this to 10 people a week.
If you did hit her, and you know you did, stand up and do the right thing. If you know without a doubt you didn't, then my suggestion is to not get mad, but get even. Call your insurance, tell them that a week ago at a stoplight, some idiot backed into you. You decided not to pursue as she was obviously not in the right mind (nuts) and the damage was non evident, but now she is calling you saying YOU OWE HER MONEY...
