I've got a 2 door, and I get 1 mpg better fuel economy with no doors and the rear seat out! Thats like 250 lbs less!

Had the doors off for almost three weeks now and love it. It has rained off and on pretty hard so I just took the drain plugs out and said the heck with it.

Another benefit nobody has mentioned....4 doors knocks a bunch of weight off! Felt much more responsive!
