Default no doors + floor mats = oops

Just a warning to anyone with floor mats who take the doors and top off:

I lost a rear floormat on the highway at about 75 mph and the other one ended up in the rear cargo area. The front ones stayed on fine because they had the hooks to hold them down. Not too upset about it since I didnt care about them anyway, but I figured I would let people know that they might fly out.

I guess you could glue on some velcro to the carpeting and the floormats to keep them in place and still keep them removable for vacuuming and stuff.

I lost one of mine doing about 55 mph. I was lucky, I went back and it was sitting on the berm of Interstate 81. No damage to it. I thought I read a post on a solution to this. I can't find it. Anyone have any ideas... Other than taking them out?

Velcro strips would work instead of using the bungees, wouldn't it?
