I have em, they're pretty good. I switched from the Trail Grapplers to these in 35".
They do fairly well in everything except for snow. I found that my trail grapplers did better in the snow, but I just adjust how I drive and make due. Mud, can't say, but we took them on some soupy logging trails just after getting them and there was crap flying everywhere, even smoked my friend in the face as he stuck his head out the window with a large clump of mud.
They are much quieter than my Trail Grapplers, but they've still got a decent hum and whirr to them.
One thing to consider is that you may be hurting for power if you ever go above those 33" tires because of the 3.21 gear ratio. Although I have a different year model and engine than you, so maybe that new engine makes all the difference.
