Default Newbie Question

When I got my 2012 they told me my tires were filled with the nitrogen air. My low tire sensor came on and i just want to make sure it's ok i fill it with regular air.

Not too much point in Nitrogen in Jeep tires, IMHO. Reason I say this is if you wheel the Jeep you are gonna air down the tires, when you air back up you are gonna be putting regular compressed air back in. (unless you always wheel with a Nitrogen tank handy, LOL!)

I definitely see the benefit to a street only vehicle though, since Nitrogen is more stable and less corrosive than oxygen.

Thanks for the advice! Heading to fill them up today. The guy told me after that they were filled with nitrogen, I wasn't too impressed as I hope to get new tires soon anyway. thanks again

only use air that contains at least 78% nitrogen otherwise you will have problems
