oven mitt

I bought a 12JKUS in April. The dealership screwed me in many ways. Told me they did all the upgrades, and tires. Which I found out after all paperwork was done that they didn't. The sales man even took pictures of the tires and still wouldn't fix the issues. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has an answer to this question. During a trail ride I managed to pinch a hole in my radiator and slice both transmission lines. I shut it down right away and towed it back to my friends shop. Replaced the radiator and spliced the lines while waiting for new ones. At about 100 miles later the transmission would whine and the kick out of all gears until cooled down for a few minutes. Then the same. Any ideas anyone?
