New Cherokee for 2010...?
I heard that the Liberty is going away allowing the Dodge Nitro to take over that model. That would allow the new Cherokee to be called a Cherokee in the UK aswell.
It's based on the Trailhawk prototype and has a powerfull Pheonix engine in it that is a diesel aswell, and is very fuel efficient.
It has a modified JK frame with 2 door and 4 door body's, and has panels that come off the roof.
Solid axles, and an offroad version that is akin to all the options on the Rubicon except it isn't called a Rubicon, just Cherokee ORT, (Off Road Technology).
The other versions were, the Sport, (like the X), and Limited, (like the Sahara).
It also came in the Truck version like the Commanche.
I could go on but...
then I woke up.
It was a great dream though.

Yeah, the Liberty in NA is the Cherokee just about everywhere else (sigh).
Great dream, but I think that the GC will be similar in size to what it already it, but maybe a strengthened-unibody frame with 4WD/AWD. Hybrid outta the Durango wouldn't be a bad idea either.
