Please do yourself a favor, NEVER let your wife drive offroad. I let mine drive 1/2 mile on the local ORV trail and now she is planning a trip back next week so she can spend all day driving. Looks like I might loose my JK.

I do 95% of the driving off-road. I'm lucky, because my husband prefers to spot. Plus, the Rubicon is mine, and I think he doesn't want to mess up my vehicle. So there you go. Now that the Jeep is hers, you can become the spotter!! Or maybe get her a Jeep of her own.

My wife Blonda spent the lions share of $$ on our JK when we first got it because she loved wheeling off road. OP do yourself a favor and let her drive more often it'll open up the purse strings and allow you to take a break every once and a while! JMHO

Mine does. It's also her jeep, but when I'm in it I usually drive. Especially offroad. I'm not afraid of her getting used to it. I got over that when she finally convinced me to ride street bikes. Bottom line is that Red JK has the right idea. If she's having fun, everyone has fun and you get to wheel more! (Or spot more, as the case may be )
