I have a rubi and I really regrets not getting power doors and windows, especially when it is below freezing and you can't get in the damn thing! Also the navigation is really nice when it's your daily driver. My wife's rubi has navigation sucks for me!

I got the 430N navigation. I think the 730N is a waste of money. Remote start is a great option. I don't use it much but it's nice to have. I'm pretty sure the Rubicons come with power windows and locks. I wish I would have gotten the additional side air bags for that added bit of safety.

get the u-connect if you have an iPhone.. its very compatible. and the side airbags were a definite for me for added piece of mind. also, the 4.10's are great especially if you plan on putting 35's on. otherwise it comes pretty loaded.

Things you need
Hardtop if its a daily driver.
4.10 gears are standard on the Rubi. 3.73 will be optional, stay with the 4.10!
Connectivity Group - hands free communication
Power Convenience Group - no its not standard
Deep Tint Sunscreen Windows
With auto tranny, Remote Start(not available with 6 sp man)
Things you may want
Temp control A/C(already is standard with a/c I passed on this option)
Engine Block Heater(35 buck peace of mind, I purchased)
Heated Seats(I passed since it was only another thing I may need to fix if interior got soaked)
Side Airbags(again I passed as they are expensive to fix if they go off when off road)
Nav(is sweet but expensive specially when my phone can pull up a map with my local, I passed)

The 4.10s are not standard on all Rubicons, only if you get manual transmission. So if you get the automatic and want 4.10s make sure you specify.
Also if you are getting an unlimited Rubicon, the power windows and locks will be standard with the full doors. If you get the two door rubicon then power windows and locks will be an option. The image below is for the unlimited Rubicon.

4:10's are the biggest. the rest is just personal preference.
I went with navi, but not bluetooth.
Hard top, but not painted to match.
Remote start has been a great feature with living in the Midwest.
Passed on leather seats as it would get very hot with the top off.
Good luck with the new Jeep!
