Need a bike rack

I haven't found many aftermarket tire cariers that the Yakmia would work on. I think you are asking for a lot of trouble if you plan to run the stock carier with a 35 and bikes.
Since moving to the or-fab carrier, I am back to looking at trailer hitch stlye racks that extend far enough to clear it/

I have a 2 door and use a hitch mount rack with an extension, this is the only way to clear my 37 on the back. It seems to work well so far. I picked it up on craigslist for $30 and got the extension at uhual for 20 i think.

Sure, no problem. The CF frame tubes handle the loads of being ridden just fine; but the top tube isn't designed to support the weight of the whole bike bouncing down the road on a rack. Personally I like titanium better though - just wish I had one!

Yeah, I think I'll have to buy the hitch mount rack now then.

I want to see some tech on this. Or are you arguing based on conjecture? Is there any evidence to support this remark?
