I'm not really a fan of country music, but this reminds me of a song I heard on the radio one day. I think it's by Brad Paisley (sp?) or somebody. It's called "I'm gonna miss her" or something like that. Pretty funny song.

Indeed, he's talking about his wife not wanting him to go fishing soo much so he ended up splitting with her and while he's singing the lyrics "I'm gonna miss her...oh look at there...I've got a bite!"

wouldnt just selling the house in the city be enough to build/buy the house in the country?

Its good your co. pays the extra ins to cover you on personal time. My company always said it was covered but when an employee hit a deer, then a tree and had some medical bills,, our co. found out that it wasnt covered, the ins. co will not(and most do not) cover under any condition personal use. Our employer covered the cost for the medical bills as it wasnt much more than a concrusion and fractured hand. Good luck with the jeep,, and the wife,, and the house,, If your building new,, ever think about iso container buildings? cheap construction and some look great, but are very modern looking, which I like,,

Obviously you have to both be happy and in agreement. However, selling a new vehicle you will be LOSING thousands of dollars. Let's say you sold it for $20k. Then you go buy and older jeep for maybe $5k for arguments sake. Now you have $15K to put toward your land and house AND a vehicle that will require a lot of attention, upkeep and such with no warranty. It doesn't make sense to me. There has to be a better way to come up with $15k. I think you will like living in the country though. Good Luck.

PS. I hope I didn't offend any older jeep owners. I LOVE my CJ-5!! It let's you know your alive. I love the straight six 232 with a three speed!
