I placed an order with Quadratec recently and recieved everything I ordered in just a couple of days.

unfortunately. the vynil window cleaner came open and drenched my roll bar accessories.
well, I cleaned them up very easily and it wasn't a big deal since stuff like this can happen. but, now I had no window cleaner left.
well, customer service is only open during my work hours, so I sent a message to our Quadratec rep here on the forum.
Well, with NO hassles, NO questions,and NO headaches. I was told there would one shipped out right away!
I just want to say, Quadratec has made me a fan of thiers. I've seen other companies say "It's U.P.S's fault" or blame the post office. but they stepped up and made it right.

Quad has always done me right, that is why they are the first place I go when I get that itch...To bad I cannot say the same for all forum venders

Quadratec has been main source for most of my parts,they have been great,usually much quicker than ordering from local shops

All but (2) parts that I have installed has been bought from Quadratec....

The website is great for updates and status. ALso when you call them they provide good response and if they say they will call you back.They do...

 

I've bought a good bit from quadratec and have been very happy with them, never any issues. In fact I'm probably going to order again in the next few days.

 

I've been using them for years to keep my YJ up and going, I've always had great service.
