Don't know how deep your pockets are but I would see a lawyer and explore all options. Sometimes spending the money is worth the satisfaction you get raking them across the coals. Just make sure you have firm legal ground before you start. I still can't believe these guys treated you the customer this way. I would think when the owner gets wind of this things may change.

1) What dealership is it?
2) What is the phone number of their service department?
You have strength in numbers here and if a barrage of phone calls come in from us and other Jeepers letting the guy know we're fully aware of his actions, his tune will change or he'll lose his job. All it takes is a small army of folks to call HIS boss to get the point across.

Gary Mathews Motors Inc. 1100 Ashland City Road. Clarksville, TN.

I've now filed a complaint with the BBB and am trying to find out how to get in contact with the owner.

the other dealership (the one i took it to for the second opinion) is having the chrysler rep look at it next week.
i don't know if this is a good thing or not, but the service manager there *seems* to be on my side.

Thank you for serving!
As a retired 1SG let me first tell you thank you for serving! For your issue, the lawyer is the way to go. You also need to record everything that was said at your meeting and put it down in a legal doc. You could also report the treatment to the police as a threat (I know you don't need that but it would look good if this goes to court!). Please keep us updated!!!!

You also need to bring this to the attention of command (the threat). JAG could possibly help with a phone call or two.
Thing is, they sell to Soldiers....cut off Soldiers (off limits activity) and they close their doors.
