glad you are ok Lucky it didnt snag the evap canister and cause a fire tho

I would love to drive it everyday but don't want to put that many miles on it (unless it is wheeling miles)..I drive 60 miles to work and back everyday.

I agree...that was ONE of my first thoughts...first my tires blowing, then the evap and whatever else it could have taken out under there

If you think that 78 is too fast i invite you to commute in So-Cal for a couple of weeks. I've been on freeways several times doing almost 100 and falling behind traffic. Sometimes the freeways stop, but when they do go - they go FAST. Normal driving speeds are 75+.

That's how it is here in central cali...75 mph and you get driven over during rush hour....great flow of travel compared to up in the bay area where I came from
