The day we brought the JK home my 10 year old son and I started calling out Jeep, Jeep every time we saw a Wrangler. Then I made him start identifying them...JK, TJ, CJ...whatever the case may be. Now he is also working on WJs and ZJs!!

[quote=aB²;1328245]Is a liberty an insult? I have a JK and a KJ... I used to wheel a lot in the KJ (sand, mud and rocks ) , and believe me it's not a mom "minivan" jeep
Please tell me that 4wheeler is not pulling you.....

My 10, 8 and 6 year old call out Jeeps, working on getting up to the models! They do know a Wrangler (not JK, TJ, YJ, CJ) compared to the others.

I've got my girlfriend calling out Jeeps, she now will take pics of any mods she likes on other Jeeps to show me. Of course, I think this should be standard for girflriends or wives of Jeep guys, and vise versa for the opposite sex.

I feel your pain. When my friends first encounter the jeep, they always go "is that a Hummer?" Grr! One even said when I replied "no it's a Jeep", "Oh, too bad Hummer's are nice" WTF?!?!
I think I need new Jeep friends!

I got asked once by someone "Hey, that's a nice Jeep. Is it a Hummer?" while we were working on it.
"No mam, it's a JEEP. Had it right the first time."
The only complaint I've had about my Jeep is now my GF's looking to mod her Kia Sorento.

I know how you feel. I took my next door neighbor wheeling for the first time. As part of the adventure we drove through a pond and on emerging this guy says, "Man that was cool! Can you imagine if you had a Hummer you could go way deeper."
I though really hard about leaving him there.
