And so it begins. According to my dealer here in Chicago there is a restriction on my gig.

Exactly what restriction? The only restriction I know of in Chicago is not being able to watch DVD while the car is moving. I bought my jk with mygig in Chicago and live in Chicago and it works fine aside from watching DVDs which I could care less about.

We are going 7-25-07 to pick up are rubi with mygig. they should really make up there minds on things before they advertise the jeep with the mygig and YOU CANT EVEN GET IT.

cleatherman, couldn't agree more. Glad to hear your getting one. I drafted up a letter I am going to send them, and yeah it will probably just end up in the round file, but I have to let them know how dissappointing this whole order process has been. And geeze, I've only been waiting 2 months. I don't know how those that waited in some cases 5 times as much did it.

But being that I have No car right now, and the prospect of not having one for another 3-4 months(if I am lucky)....Well just about intollerable. I can't keep bumming rides, lol.

doesn't show the restriction. Not quite sure if it would be listed there, I am a complete newb with all the production stuff, I just remember someone posted this somewhere else on here...lol

Yeah don't feel bad we waited 6 months for ours just to get to the dealer so hang in there and you will eventually get one but i really think if they advertise it with em you should be able to get one with one and not have to wait for a year lol.
