My hard top didn't leak and neither does my soft top.

Neither of my tops leaked at first but they both do now (lots). Of course this is after posting that they didn't. Knocking on wood does not work!

It probably started after 8 months for the soft-top and a little over a year for the hard top. Moving to the wettest town in Canada didn't help either.

I've had mine for about 10 months now with no leaks anywhere inside my JK and I've had the top off many times.

Saw this tip somewhere in this forum and it works great. Keep some baby wipes handy and give the rubber gaskets a swab before you put on the panels. No squeaks and no leaks! Works for the soft top too!

After having this problem, (off and on) for about one year, I bought some Sil Glide yesterday at the local NAPA store. I cleaned all of the rubber under both panels really well with alcohol and then liberally applied the Sil Glide to all of the seals, both under the two removable panels and the seal that is attached to the right panel. Since others have posted that this has worked for them and since my top will leak during one heavy rain storm and not leak during the next, I will have to wait and watch to see the results. If I can make it through several rain storms without a leak, I will be convinced that I've found a solution to this problem and will re-apply the Sil Glide every six months to insure that it stays leak free.

It should still be under warranty, make sure to take it to the dealership and they can fix it for free!!
