I ordered a lot of parts for my jk from Northridge. I ordered at 1:00pm central time got most parts at 3:00pm next day. Free shipping. Full disclosure I live in IL and they a dist. center in KY. Still great service. I always shop there first.

I've been ordering stuff from quadretec for many many years....I've never had an issue. Service is great and the people are very helpful. It must have been a one off.

That's awesome! Glad they took good care of you! I've had nothing but positive experiences with Quadratec... Had a few minor shipping issues and they corrected them immediately.
