I drive my Jeep to work everyday and had the top off all summer (although it's always summer here). I wave at every Wrangler I pass, but 99% of the time I don't get a wave back. I've never gotten one from another JK.

Default Good to here the "wave" is still alive

As a kid cruising around in my Dad's CJ-7 Golden Eagle, I loved the fraternity of Jeeps. I have been a motorcycle rider for almost 30 years and it is similar to the Jeep wave. Some wave, some don't, but either way, it makes ME feel better because it's part of the "Jeep" thing!

Default "The Wave"

THE WAVE:
why do we wave... well for me its the freedom of the JEEP. Being able to go almost anywhere and be able to take the doors and top off is FREEDOM my JEEP is my daily driver.. and I wouldn't have it any other way! Unfortunately the new wrangler has seen alot of new customers who think its just another SUV. These are the People that need to be educated that we are the lucky ones to own such a vehicle that allows us to be free from the roads to explore this wonderful world! To me! "THE WAVE" represent that the people that WAVE back understand that! My girlfriend thinks i'm crazy for always waving and then getting upset when they don;t wave back......

I love my JeeP!

Yes, you might get wavers cramp or carpel wavers syndrome.
