Looking at the Mopar accessory website today it looks like the part number is 82211715. There is no price (MSRP) listed yet. Here is the description for anyone interested:

"Front, Satin Black. Includes Winch Mount, Integrated production Fog Lamp mounting provisions,* and Tubular Grille/Winc*h Guard. Compatible with production tow hooks."

I can't wait. If anyone knows who's selling this now please RSVP!!

I ordered mine this week, It's officially back ordered, but it's ordered. It's the same price as the other one listed. $570 IIRC.

Mine came in yesterday, but the dealer sent it back, said it was damaged in shipping. I didn't even get a chance to see it.
