Also running over your neighbors sign to show that you disapprove is not a good idea. However, it does lead to you getting to know your neighbors. Turns out mine was a cop who lived across the street from his brother......who was a cop 
Luckily they didn't actually see who did it. The good thing is that the kids who are maybe 2 years old don't play in the street anymore by themselves and no longer ride they're razor scooters directly at the cars coming through. They now go to the sidewalk when a car comes. Sounds like a win-win for everyone involved. Children are now playing more safely and someone got to run over a sign!
