The games that dealerships play when trying to make the sale really turned me off, they were high pressure when it comes to sales..The service dept tried to get out of doing the front axel seal under warranty claiming the weight of my front bumper (aftermarket) and winch could have caused the seal to fail...I told them that was B.S. you need to prove it and put it in writing, they backed off and did the seal under warranty....Overall they just left me with a bad taste..When I bought my Unlimited around here they were few and far between..

If there is a next time for buying a Jeep I'll try the Jeep dealer in Cortland or maybe Burdich in Syracuse..

i cant belive none in my area are closing!!!we have 3 within the same amount of miles.......at least 2 of em SHOULD HAVE closed!!!!!!!

The place where I bought my JK is getting the axe. The place around the corner that should be closing is not. The place I've used in the past for service and will now continue to use is staying open.
