Most of my cars have been manuals, if it was auto it is because the manual wasn't even avaliable. My wife can definitively drive manual and it really doesn't bother me at all if she want to drive it.

Now the GTO on the other hand, nobody but me drives it.

I read somewhere that only 8% of drivers in the US drive manual, therefore is a great theft deterrent, there is a big chance that a thief won't drive manual.

I'm getting an auto...
My DD (car) is/was a manual for +10 years.
Tired of shifting in stop and go traffic.

If this were going to be my "2nd" vehicle....I would get a stick.

I prefer to row my own gears as part of the overall Jeep Wrangler experience. If it were my daily driver in Los Angeles it would not be so fun but it's only my weekend toy.

I prefer driving with the Man Pedal

but my wife likes to drive too and she looks good doing it.
The best part is watching other guys facial expressions.

My girlfriend grew up driving only manuals. Her dad drives a maserati, mom has a caddy stick. She is currently looking for a new car and will only buy a manual, not a ton of options out there unless you want to get really expensive.

She is the on that taught me to drive manual.

Try buying a JKU in manual, most of the dealerships order them in auto for some reason.

That's why I ordered mine from the factory.
